ESN consults with districts to implement effective reading intervention programs that develop all students’ reading competence based on proven practices. We focus on three components that are critical to the design, implementation, and sustainability of powerful reading instruction:
professional development to equip educators with a solid knowledge base, practical instructional tools that are aligned to the knowledge base, and school systems geared at supporting and nurturing implementation.

We spend time in the classroom one-on-one with teachers or observing teachers with small groups, helping them apply skills in the environment in which they are most comfortable: their classroom. Our coaches assess what tools are available at the school, then help teachers apply those tools to the fullest extent to build better minds and achieve better results. We provide group facilitation in an engaging, fun, and productive style. Whether you need assistance with a small group or whole class, we can give you the support you need.
